As visitors poured into Minneapolis during Super Bowl Week in February 2018, they experienced live music, major network telecasts and even snowmobiling tricks along Nicollet Mall.
This 12-block stretch was transformed for the special occasion through the construction and design efforts of SEH in the months and years leading up to the Big Game. After the event, the area was transitioned back into a model example of modern urban renewal.
In January, the Nicollet Mall Redesign and Reconstruction project was recognized for innovation and honored as the 2017 Project of the Year by the City Engineers Association of Minnesota at their 2018 Awards ceremony. The Highway 53 Utilities Relocation project was also given a Special Recognition Award by CEAM at the ceremony.
Complex projects worthy of award designation result from the commitment of our clients, SEH professionals and our consulting partners who collaborate on a project.
