SEH Named Seven New Associates

The SEH Board of Directors named seven new Associates—Pat Fehrenbach, AIA, LEED AP®; Scott Haupt, PE; Wayne Houle, PE; Kaci Nowicki; Craig Schultz; Monte Sudbeck, PLS and Jeremy Tomesh, PE.

They were selected based on their continuous commitment to the Company’s success and their sustained and successful job performance. They are successful leaders, risk takers, and are trusted and respected by clients and well-regarded by their peers.

 

Pat is a senior Architect who joined SEH in our Appleton, Wis. office in 2014 and has become SEH’s resident technical expert in the area of military base architectural renovation projects. He has been fortunate to have worked on a variety of project types including: industrial, education, retail, commercial, municipal and hospitality. Pat’s roles on projects include programming, conceptual design, entitlements, project management, code analysis and construction administration.

 

Scott joined SEH in 2007 and is a project manager with experience in design, inspection and management of municipal and highway projects. He has worked on projects involving improving our infrastructure -- water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers and street construction. Scott’s responsibilities include preparing feasibility reports, construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, bidding documents, client coordination, attending city council meetings and construction administration. He serves clients from the St. Paul, Minn. office. 

 

Wayne joined the SEH Minnetonka, Minn. office in 2013 after spending 17 years in the public sector. He has helped rebuild and reshape communities in Minnesota through improved infrastructure as well as new parks and trails. Wayne has been involved with many professional organizations. He sits on the Public Awareness Committee (PAC) with American Public Works Association, the Legislative Committee with City Engineers Association of Minnesota and volunteers with the local Minnesota Society of Professional Engineers for their Math Counts event.

 

Kaci joined SEH in 2007 in the St. Paul, Minn. office. She is a respected and recognized aviation planner in Minnesota, the Dakotas and Wisconsin. She has helped a magnitude of general aviation and commercial airports improve and expand their ability to provide safe air travel. 

Kaci is unique in her ability to transfer her technical knowledge to the general public in a cohesive, informative manner that allows the public to fully engage in the role of aviation in society, how it benefits communities, how it contributes to the regional economic growth and vitality and why the public’s involvement is keenly considered and welcomed for effective aviation planning. 

 

Craig is the director of infrastructure services in our St. Paul, Minn. office. He joined SEH in 1991 when design tools were moving from the paper world to the digital world. Craig’s expertise spans all layers of the technology stack from the physical layer of electrical devices (i.e. workstations, servers, routers, switches and data storage) to the network layer of data transmission, routing and delivery to the application layer where end users visualize and interact with data. He is SEH’s resident expert on all storage, server, workstation and application installation, configuration, trouble shooting and support.

 

Monte, who is a professional land surveyor registered in Colorado and several other states. He joined SEH in 2006 in our Lakewood, Colo. office and serves as a senior survey crew chief in Colorado and Wyoming. Monte has extensive land surveying experience and his knowledge includes legal descriptions, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, elevation certificates and cellular tower surveys. Monte uses Trimble GNSS GPS, Trimble Digital Level, Trimble Robotic Total Station, Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D 2014 to produce complete project packages.

 

Jeremy joined SEH in 2012 and is a senior professional engineer with transportation and civil engineering experience including planning, design and construction of highway projects. He previously worked for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and has extensive experience and knowledge with WisDOT cost share policies, technical and administrative laws, and design software systems. Jeremy has played a key role in the growth and mentorship of office staff and he has been the office manager in the La Crosse, Wis. office since July 2017.
